Booking Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing to stay at Toppesfield House. Once a reservation has been confirmed and a deposit received you will be entering a contract with us and the terms and conditions are as follows:

 

Check-in

Your accommodation will be available from 2pm on the date of arrival. Please aim to check-in between the hours of 2pm – 6pm. If you are unavoidably delayed please call to advise us of your expected arrival for us to ensure there is someone available to greet you.

Toppesfield house accepts cash or bank transfer payments (no credit cards). Please contact me for details if bank transfer is your preference.

Check-out

Please vacate your room by 11am.

Liability

We do not accept liability for any damage, loss or injury to any guest, vehicle or possessions unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves.

Guests enter the garden area at their own risk and we do not accept liability for any injury caused to guests wishing to use the garden or decking.

Non-Availability

We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to find you alternative accommodation, however if this is not available or acceptable to you then we would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability will not extend beyond this refund.

Prices

The price for accommodation at Toppesfield House includes room and breakfast only.

Pets

We do not accept any pets.

Children

Toppesfield House is an adults only B&B.

Takeaway Food

No  takeaway food may be consumed in any of the bedrooms. Should you wish to consume a takeaway please advise us and we can provide cutlery and plates to consume food in the dining area only.

Smoking

Toppesfield House is a non smoking establishment including the verandah area. Smoking will be permitted in a designated area in the garden.

Non-residents

Registered Guests are not permitted to invite any other person/s on to Toppesfield House premises without prior authorisation from us.

Access Statement

All rooms are located on the ground level with no steps or stairs.

Prices based on 2 people sharing a room:

Room 1 – Super King/Twin with en suite shower £120.00 per room per night including breakfast
Room 2- Super King/Twin with en suite shower £120.00 per room per night including breakfast
Room 3- Super King/Twin with en suite shower – Available in 2021
